Options:
- Lengths from 38′ up to 53′
- Side wall height options: 60″, 66″, 72”
- 12” tip tops on three sides
- Volume: Whether you are looking for a 36’ trailer with high sides to get in and out of tight sugar beet fields, or in need of a 53’ quad axle to get your potatoes to the processing plant we have options that fit your needs. Our 12” tip tops can be added to any trailer allowing for more volume while keeping the load side a perfect height to avoid unwanted crop damage on delicate vegetables. Our tip tops are also engineered with a reverse endcap on the rear making a perfect combination for tarps that avoid unnecessary damage from harvester booms. Our “Full Opening Rear Combo Door” has a 16” offset hinge that will open the rear door up and over the tip tops by 4” keeping the crop off the rear door while unloading.

- Drive System: The chain and flap system has been around from the beginning proving its simplicity and durability, but
anewer addition to our lineup is our positive drive, smooth belt. We offer 30”, 36” and 50” widths. The 30” is most common with our potato customers giving you a gentle and controlled unloading speed. The 36” is a must have if you are doing both sugar beets and potatoes and will still unload lime and litter without bridging. The 50” option is most common with our sugar beet, silage and lime ash customers. This configuration gives you the fastest unload rates and most volume. - Spring- or air-ride suspension, multiple axles configurations, duals or super singles
- Running Gear: Choose between the comfort of air-ride or the simplicity of spring-ride suspension. Whether you are looking for a quad axle with lift options or a tandem axle with a fixed spring, we have a solution for you.
- Full opening hydraulic rear door
- Automatic rear door linkage
- Turns belt on as door opens
- PTO wet kit systems
- Electric over hydraulic drives
- Gas over hydraulic drives
- Rear Gate: When you order the full-opening rear door you will have more options on the product you can haul. The hinge is offset 16” allowing the door to open up and over your pile avoiding damage to the rear door and your payload. If you have the 30” or 36”, belt you will have a combination gate with a bottom potato gate that can be used to unload vegetables gently and smoothly. If you have the 50” flap belt standard, the combination gate is a 22”x50” wide knife gate perfect for unloading grains. Either way, the combination gate features a fool-proof linkage that will turn you belt on as the door opens ensuring there is no damage to the rear by accidentally turning the belt on with the door closed. This also allows you to unload without needing to step foot out of the cab. You can always use the manual override if you wish to unload your product manually.
- Hydraulic systems: Our trailers can be powered by a PTO pump from your semi-tractor with as little as a 19 gallon per minute pump and 2800 psi. For those who want another solution, we do over multiple electric over hydraulic and gas over hydraulic power systems that can be outfitted onto any trailer.

Converter Dolly
This system is a cost-effective way to load first-cutting hay if the conditions are wet without rutting up a field. It is also great for farms who have a lot of sand and want to run semis but do not want to pull trucks or have the extra handling on their crops.
Introducing our new product, the “Converter Dolly.” We have heard it called many names such as dolly, jo-dog, converter and jeep. Regardless, it allows you to hook a field tractor up to a semi trailer to load it in the field and return it to the headland without dragging semi’s through the mud or other unfavorable conditions. Help reduce compaction, ruts and headaches on your farm.
Standard Features:
- Articulating Bull Pull hitch
- Easily removable hitch
- 5,000 lb trailer jack
- 22,500 lb. Meritor idler axles
- Hutchinson spring suspension
- Overbuilt steel main frame
- Powder coated finish
- Fenders with mud flaps
- Holland 5th Wheel
- DOT and slow moving vehicle markings
Additional Options:
- 8″ – 5th wheel hydraulic raise
- LED tail light package
- Electric brakes for dolly
- 3 trailer air-brake options:
- Glad hands with on/off valve (only releases emergency brakes)
- Jumper hoses (tractor needs an air supply system)
- On-board hydraulic over air system to release emergency brakes and use service brakes
Several customers have reached out to us in the past year looking for a better way to pull semi trailers under unfavorable conditions, here are a few examples:
- Squash grower looking to pull a steady 1.2 mph, and the semi can’t keep a steady pace especially in sand and hills.
- Potato grower wanting to expand into semis, away from straight trucks, but not wanting to bruise with extra handling of carts. Also finding help and hiring enough drivers that are experienced enough to pull semis in sandy fields.
- Wet conditions in first-cutting alfalfa and trucks rutting up a crop that would otherwise grow for three more cuttings if unharmed.
- Carrot grower using a crop cart but looking to add another option to keep the harvester going while the crop cart is unloading.
- Onion grower looking for cost effective way to keep custom haulers semi-tractors out of the field to avoid hefty fees to have haulers enter the field.
- Grower who stores grain in Ag Bags out in the field but mud and snow conditions are unfavorable to bring a semi out in the field.
